Willoughby Lands

Willoughby Willoughby lands consist of three contiguous land parcels located in Langley, B.C. that are registered in the name of Willoughby Residential Development Corporation in trust for the Joint Venture (see Note 5). The development of the lands is expected to commence in 2006. Here are details on our three Willoughby land parcels. It appears that all three lots are currently assesed at $8,450,000, with R-CL zoning, which allows one house on each lot. (Big acerage with one house). Once these lots are zoned R-1, their value is greatly increased. Info was found here, in the online services section: https://www.tol.bc.ca/ Looking at the Willoughby Community plan, it appears that there is commercial zoning and Residential zoning intended on or near our land. I would guess that the specs are including the finished basement as part of the 3,622 sq ft, as the lot is only 4,245 sq ft.
