I discovered this bullboard about 2 months ago. I too, have been in this investment for 10 years. I've read all of the messages on the board and I really appreciate everyone's contributions but I notice the board has gone dead lately. Well, there is reason to wake up. There are multiple filings on SEDAR dated April 28th and 29th. Among them is the announcement that the AGM will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Chinese Cultural Centre, 50 East Pender Street. What do you say we study these new filings and discuss?

This board is as active as the company is at making a profit. Like you, sadly, I have been with this company for about 10 years. Thank you for bringing to our attention the listings on sedar. They were informative. I am no accountant, but I do read our liabilities are huge and the sale of properties are "pie in the sky". Looks like all the proposed money they make will go to

Thanks for the reply, cosmedoc, sorry for the delayed response. I'm not an accountant either and I don't usually apply fundamental analysis to my investments but in this case I have no choice. At the moment I'm still poring over the filings I referred to which should have all been mailed to us on April 28th. (I haven't received my package yet, have you?) I'm trying to make

thanks for the reply...unfortunately I am packing tonite for a 2 1/2 week vacation to Turkey, so dont have time to review anything...as an aside, one of my buddies was golfing at "the falls" and mentioned that properties were selling and people were building on them....so at least one property maybe moving... I doubt I will make any money with this company...right now I am at a

Have a great trip. I've visited the Silver Spray site. It definitely has potential but I wonder if all the choice lots are sold. As was pointed out on this board the plan showing the lots and which ones are available is gone from the web site. There hasn't been much building activity there yet but there was a very positive article in the Times Colonist with the Sooke Mayor showing
