means you should not be investing in stock. And the fact managment wants to give special oversize dividends instead of ploughing proceeds into share buy back means they don't understand math.

Look at AMR an CEIX 2 coal stocks who were trading at 30-40%
free cashlow. Instead of div they stated all free cashllow will be spent in share buyback until market price rellects value. ceix has gone from 60-100y plus and AMR went from 150-240 plus. Make it
