Recommendation

RecommendationWe're in pretty good company. GLTA

Following up on on the question about favourable risk/reward scenarios with compelling valuations in the energy sector, what are your three favourite energy stocks that fit this description?

Given where oil is trading compared to historical prices, we think the risk/reward is fairly attractive here. In addition, we feel that most oil companies are generating record cash flow with stronger balance sheets than ever. We believe investors that focus on oil companies which are returning capital aggressively to shareholders (through special dividends, buyback or increasing dividends) can do well from these levels. We like names such as IMO, TOU, and HME. (5iResearch)
