Ok please explain why PYR has sold no Powder in 7 years despite contracts to deliver 10 tons  Mnimum 2018 , Adding  second shift for all the plasma orders , 9 non disclosures with customers and distributers ,  signed EU  distribuiton deal in 2019  ,  The powder is the best and the cheapest but .. The company is selling ip to keep alive, revenue is down the toilet , printing shares to cover costs, and borrowing  2.6 million from HPQ and the shares are down the toilet...But amazingly they arent selling powder to anyone . Have they fired  the sales department , laid off the second shift ?

Why dont you tell everyone why they arent selling powder if they dont have a patent issue.  Hey maybe you can explain why the CEO didnt respond to these questions on Agoracom and emailed to IR A simple yes no... Please do tell ..

". Is there any potential patent, contractual issues, legal action such as cease and desist or injunction’s related to the patent preventing Progenesis from selling powder produced using your current or previous machines?

Is GE /AP&C or other parties opposing Pyrogenesis patent application and is this opposition or contractual issues preventing Pyrogenesis from selling Titanium Powder until such time the Patent is granted?

Thought I would try posting a screen shot of a portion of the PDF that gives the wording that the application has been approved to be issued as a patent but it did not work. SH typical problem in posting any kind of "image".  It shows just fine in the 'reply' box but when you click the "Post" button it does not appear on the finished post.

This notice has been sent to the Company and they have 90 days (3 months) in which to pay the fee.
After the fee is paid a patent number will be assigned and a date assigned for when it will be issued as an official patent.

Nothing wrong with the patents. Back and forth with examiner is part of the process.
The track record for PYR Patent applications are stellar. Amendments back and forth are always part of the process protect the tech in the meantime as the process can be quite lengthy.

Long and strong HPQ!!

Well if they did loan them the money... They will have some revenue from the loan! (finally)

Not exactly what I had in mind.

While your posting on Aggrocom. Why not ask him for me why they have that old new release saying they where going to fill a sample order.. then not do it...  No news release on why they didn't fill it as promised in the time frame they said they would...
