Can somebody explain this NR? By-product of silicon, what am I missing? I thought this was completed years ago...

From what I understand, the Purevap QRR is already under patent, this would be the use of the material (and its particular properties) in the silicon anode thay would be under patent. Meaning if somebody could do this byproduct with another process, they would not be able to use it in battery anodes..

Right, they have an operational patent which is clear on QRR's. Did they just "protect" their silicon parameters to only being used in the market? Seems far-fetched... I will assume George and Bernard will catch up soon and explain.
