I also added more this morning. 2021 will be an excellent year for HPQ with Phase 2 ongoing... many excellent NR's to come alongside further production capacity increase... $$$

i'm not sure how consolidation at these levels equate to manipulation.  The volume is still quite strong and holding above $1.00 i believe is a great reflection of HPQ's potential; keep in mind, only one month ago this was around the .60-.70 levels. patience is a virtue!
