Commissioning - how I see it
Now that they have all the parts in place it won't take long to find outif the pilot plant works. They have tested and ran the individual components on their own, and they worked. Now they have everything arranged on a production line to see if they can now produce the product in bulk.
Once they have a product they will have it tested by a third party, which will take a longtime. But no battery manufacturer has any silicon battery recipe ready for mass production. Any samples or product send to battery manufacturers would be used in the manufacturers development phase.
HPQ would be able to keep up with those orders likely with the pilot plant. Plus supply silicon powders to solar and chip manufacturers. The build out for a mass production plant will be build while the battery manufacturers build their mass plants.
I see the pilot plant after proving the samples will go into full production bringing in revenue. Will will have the answers on the pilot plants viability way before EBH2 is tested.
The bashers keep bashing, who cares your noise will just be noise. But your regrets from not buying into HPQ will haunt you for life!

Really think you're off the mark. Even the CEO has stated that he see a buyout of the silos. Mass production? I don't see Bernard hanging around. An opinion he seems to support and has even speculated on in interviews. Don't believe me? Well go check out the Agoragram videos. We won't be waiting years to be rewarded.

Totally agree. As long as it is obscene lucrative offer $$$....I'm all for it. Yesterday's interview was great "We're the only one that can make it at the price you want but we're not going to sell it at that price, the only way they can get it at the price they want is to buy the guy that invented the technology."

You may be right about a buyout but we are talking about two different things. The process of going from a small company commissioning a pilot plant to becoming a commercial producer of silicon is going to take years. It is a separate matter if somebody comes along in the meantime and makes an offer.

Actually we're talking about time and sp movement. I'm stating that movement will happen much before commercialization. The catalysts will be validation and pilot plant completion. Your saying movement happens when commercilization is completed. My point of view matches up with the CEOs.
