There are just over 4 million in warrants expiring in January. They might be selling to get cash to exercise the warrants.

Definitely could be.  It's also Christmas :) But in meantime here is repost in this regard  Directors  get paid via shares/options  by the company and they are entitled to $ cash in at whatever time especially when HPQ is a pre revenue company and sp didn't have much a heartbeat for the past  5-6 years prior to mid 2020. Why wouldn't they cash in more so

Patrick had one of the two large sells but he is try to run an exploration co in BGF maybe he needed cash for that ???? The other sales were nothing people read way to much into this !
