Clearly HPQ CEO states at the 10 minute mark that they're generating value....

'Once the QQR reactor becomes technology valuable there's gonna be probably big players either competitors or end-users that are gonna be very interested. They are gonna look at the technology say oh this is very very interesting and they've done all the hard  research with patented technology...Maybe there's something we wanna look at. This aligns with how Bernard stated several times it's about validation and the big boys will come lineup and try to buy this out.
