That's minuscule amount compared to what Patrick owns directly and indirectly  Bernard CEO already has very strong vested interests and tons of skin in the game as he  owns over 9.27M shares and  4M options = 13.27M shares VP Patrick owns prior over 4.74M shares... Now 4.64M after selling 100,000 shares  and 1.4M options = 6.14M shares  That is a lot of skin.

He is blaming someone for removing his post.  It might be an attempt to misslead again, but I guess he is just not intelligent enough to figure out that he simply posted it on the wrong board.  Link
