Over a month…
Since the PP financing announcement and....nothing. Can't even hold the proposed PP share price. Why would anyone subscribe?

another company I invested in had this problem. they did a PP at .37. Only the first trance filled. They waited 9 months but the share price didn't recover and then they had to lower the PP to get filled. I am not impressed with the PP. the insiders put up a small amount. They keep changing their deck. And it seems Production is far away. You know they could Raise money if they SOLD
