Pyrogenesis your nemesis
Pyrogenesis is very very short of cash.
Their short-term liabilities exceed short-term assets.
Next week they'll report a working capital deficit close to negative $10 million.
I believe as of the last report the company announced it still had around 18 million shares of HPQ .
They specifically mentioned it in their discussion of the company's liquidity.
They refer to it as their "strategic investment".
That was very likely Pyrogenesis who took out 260,000 at $.19.
It came from "Anonymous".
Pyrogenesis us in trouble.
By extension, so is this.

A fumed silica deal with a strategic investor will provide financing that HPQ can use to make $3.2M payment (due June 30) to Pyrogenesis

28 million shares of HPQ traded over the last 3 months. How much of this is PYR offloading it's 17.4 million shares?

Sept 30 is ancient history. PYR has done financing since then and receive down payments. https://www.stockwatch.com/News/Item/Z-C!PYR-3481929/C/PYR https://www.stockwatch.com/News/Item/Z-C!PYR-3502583/C/PYR https://www.stockwatch.com/News/Item/Z-C!PYR-3495675/C/PYR

Yes, the "financing" and the payments you point out total $2.4 million. Pyrogenesis lost $6 million in the 3rd quarter.
