Nothing Sinister….

...... about changing Auditors despite what some here are trying to suggest. It is actually good business practice and recommended. Keeps Companies and Auditors from getting too cosy with each other.

Didnt read anything indicating sinister. Something to think about, is it actually good practice and recommended to dismiss client the day before the AGM/vote? Or HPQ didn't promptly issue the PR? Good luck to All!

Wow, is that your take on KPMG dismissing HPQ a day prior to June 27, 2024 AGM/auditor vote? Not providing minimum 30 days notice, is that proper business practice? Is there more to this dismissal given the  Would you prefer customer instead of client? Geez. HPQ pays for the auditing service. Good luck to All!

Dalesio_98, Your question is a bit confusing to me! Per the NR : The Company wishes to inform its shareholders that it has received a notice of termination from KPMG, its auditor, regarding the cessation of their duties and the non-renewal of their mandate. I would also consider HPQ to be KPMG's client, now former client.  What would you call it - auditee?
