RE:RE:Buying all along Sedar is down and I'm having trouble finding information on this - can you post the info please.
From my understanding talking to other companies , if this is a shelf prospectus , many companies file in case they need the money so they access to money quickly - it's been described to me like a line of credit/ insurance etc.
Pretty sure , but not 100% , that some companies never use.
Correct me if wrong.
