Something big coming?I have given some thought to why they awarded themselves so many stock options and had them vest immediately. The initial thought was that it was done before the great drill results were released. It was a logical thought but there was a reason behind the need for immediate vesting as well I was thinking. It appears to me that the iconic and Nevada Lithium merger is imminent. Nevada Lithium will be the acquirer so the existing management team at iconic want all their options to be vested before the merger occurs. If this does happen then you would only be merging if a deal with a large off take partner is also close. Given the great drill results, this scenario looks likely after a deeper think post reducing my anger about all the options being awarded.
