Figured it out, approval was given for US based chemicals, now getting same approval for generic chemicals to be sourced overseas.

Results look pretty good, but note that a chunk of the profit comes from the foreign exchange gain due to the change in value of the $Cdn vs the $US. EPS is 4 cents a share without that. ...more

I believe in that too but their submission for approval keeps on getting delayed. If I recall correctly they were suppose to submit it this summer but so far nothing.....
