one thing that IG did right was to follow the rule.
and CR knows that.
Unfortunately for IG, the environmentalist played the "delay" tactic, and won.
I was surprised that Mr. Mannix threw in the towel on this one..
But, the major investors have returned.
They needed funding to take the case to ICSID, then now the lawyers will grab the benefits..
hopefully, they'll keep something for the retain investors too..!
but IMO, as raymondo said, the case is SLAM DUNK in the ICSID court in favour of IG.
CR had many a opportunity to make ammends..
they did not..
now CR will have to pay dearly... GO IG GO..!
