Cash distribution coming any time
It says so in the quarterly report. They are sitting on over $2/share in cash, plus there is one more farm to sell that will probably sell above book value, further increasing the cash. They may also get government price support payments as they did last year. I know it has been a long wait, but it is finally happening.
