RE:What A Sad StoryI agree !! What a bad deal for the shareholder ! It really sucks!  RHC get a near producing company for free and we get nothing. Target was 0.85$ (4 X the share price) now we get shares from another company that will certainly not do a 4X soon.  What a crappy deal for us. 

How can IHC accept a deal like this ????
