VAALDIAM RESOURCES LTD.: 30.95 CARAT DIAMOND RECOVERED FROM THE CHAPADA MINE

Vaaldiam Resources Ltd. has recovered a 30.95-carat diamond from its Chapada mine in Brazil. This remarkable octahedral diamond which is the second largest diamond recovered from the mine is of excellent colour and displays high clarity. The largest diamond ever recovered from the Chapada mine was 33.44 carats. The diamond will be sold at the next sale of run-of-mine production scheduled for June 3

To all: As far as I can figure out, the town of Parantinga, which is close to where V:IIE has its claims, is about 256km from Cuiaba and is NE of Cuiaba. The town of Chapada dos Guimaraes ios about 46km from Cuiaba and is also NE of Cuiaba. That means the Paranatinga is a little over 200kms from Chapada. This LINK will show the above Towns and Cities.
