What is the point of looking forward to a news release stating they have completed (or partially completed) a private placement?Once they get cash, which they probably have for the last month or so, they will just turn around and spend it, or recklessly advance the money to themselves.  When you see a line called "Advances receivable from a related party" in the financial statements
