.......................................................Thanks eddy27 for clearing that up. Usually Stockwatch is quite good. In this politically correct environment, somebody must have just flipped a coin in that shop and made a judgment call on the Mr/Ms thing (a wrong one it turns out) based on the first name. But, as you say, it is "Mr." for sure.

BUT I took a look to see what I could find on our "person of interest". It turns out that there is quite a detailed work history at this LINK https://investing.businessweek.com/businessweek/research/stocks/people/person.asp?personId=3738005&ric=QTMR.PK

There must be about 30 lines to the write-up where it says that he served as CEO, CFO, etc. of a number of companies (perhaps smaller ones) BUT here a just a couple or three lines from that site:

"....He has been Interim Chief Financial Officer of Iciena Ventures Inc. since December 2009. He has been Secretary of Copper Road Inc., since May 24, 2007.... Mr. Fielder received a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, B.C...."

I think I saw somewhere in another reference where it says he started up and ran his own Investor Relations company (i.e IRG) in the mid-1990's.

I think that about clears that up.

I wonder what they are going to do about this next bit of business that popped up this afternnon? I would have thought they would have had some contingencies in place given the state of Mr. Shatzko's health...and then again maybe not.
