Retail holds a very small portion... I bought in last year after some analyst coverage with a long term projection of what may come to pass..  Given the price point, I took my time and loaded up.
IEMR has some very interesting ties and some interesting people invested. After all of my DD, I am nearly 100% convinced that it is just a matter of time before we see a rise to the occasion. 
This is my opinion only, so take it as such.
