RE:RE:RE:Lithium Potential For IRI - Property Next To DJI & FUSE

Roddiggiti, I don't think you're hearing what I'm saying. It matters not what's in the ground when you're not willing to even pick up a shovel to dig it out.

It doesn't matter what the neighbour has if you couldn't be bothered to monetize what's in your own back yard.

I pick the apples in my orchard every year and sell them for a profit, but my neighbour hasn't picked his orchard for years and all his potential profits are squandered year after year as the apples rot away. He tells his buyer some BS excuse story every fall, until all his customers lost trust & faith in him.

Now imagine if you were a partner in his orchard. You invested your money to be a shareholder with the expectation that together you will monetize the assets, but because you are not a majority shareholder you can't force his hand to do anything.

This is IEMR, he doesn't give a Sh*t what he has, or what the neighbours have, and he certainly doesn't give a Sh*t what the minority shareholders think. He is ok with squandering the opportunity year after year because he has no desire to lift a shovel to get it out of the ground.  Maybe his intentions are to pass this "gold mine" to his grandchildren 20 years from now. Why rush it, the minerals are not going anywhere and every year he allots himself and his family another 10% shares and options. Just think how much more he can amass in 20 years.

As I stated, I've been here too long and my realism comes from my experience.

Seraphim, for someone that's been in IRI for a while, I don't think you're paying attention to it's approximate location to other major resources in the area. Actually Clayton Valley and all the major lithium claims are literally south of the Pinetree property, not far at all. I also found out that BEA.V has a lithium claim within walking distance to IRI's property.

From the company descriptions:

The Kibby Property is located in Kibby Flat, which is the geographic name for the playa in the lowest portion, of the Monte Cristo Valley. The playa is a closed basin that is essentially flat, with an elevation of 5,268 feet. The Cedar Mountain Range to the north and east reaches as high as 8,089 feet and the Pilot Mountains to the west have a 12. Belmont Resources Inc. Kibby Basin Property, Esmeralda County, Nevada Hunsaker Inc.

Here's a map from BEA.V, and if you compare it to the map from IRI/DJI, you can get a good idea of where everything is.
