Penny stock for debt

Appears Kozar is of the belief of "In for a penny, in for a pound".   Having already a significant number of shares his adding can be viewed as some vote of confidence,  even if its at a penny.  GLTA patient longs.

Phrase finder reference:

What's the meaning of the phrase 'In for a penny, in for a pound'?

This expression indicates the intention of seeing a course of action through, regardless of what it may entail. It suggests that, if one is decided to do something, one may as well do it wholeheartedly

Joe is still funding Isign, but Looks like Greed to me, should have converted at 2-3, or 5 cents, this would have shown some confidance in the company. But still Good as he must believe that the share price will go up.
