Analyst gives some targets but relates the multiple to cap ex?  Is he making a mistake and calling NPV cap ex?  Have a look...maybe someone can clarify this....

Long decline related to problems with BLM?  I don't think the project can proceed with current management.  Time to sell and live on.

No...long decline like every other gold miner on the planet.  They should have permits for underground work shortly. They have the endorcement of the Governor. There's no issues here

OK...I get it now. It's terribly worded....basically he's saying that "IF" the cap ex were to blow out to some absurd level like 900 million the current P/NAV would be .53....it would be .40 even if cap ex were a ridiculous 600 million. Given that it's going to come in at 400 million or less the current P/NAV is a ridiculously low .3   So if we get the PFS with a ...more

In other words...EVEN IF cap ex were to MORE than DOUBLE the current price is around its historic P/NPV.  It implies that there is no downside scenario given that it currently trades at .3 P/NAV.  It was an exercise to demonstrate that clients concerns about a high cap ex don't add up. Integra is still cheap even if cap ex was 50% higher or even if it were more than double!  ...more

I deduce that they assess the NPV at: - 504M CAD for the current capitalization of 156M - 509M based on their assumption of capex at 400M US with gold at 1725 and silver at 24.25. I hope for more in the PFS that will be released! Moreover, the data taken into account would generate an annual cash flow of 229M Us, or 2748M over a 12-year lifespan of the mine, which corresponds to an NPV which ...more
