Ray buddy you got 6 months max and the chit is going to hit the fan. You looked at the inflation numbers? Have you read what the worlds economists are saying about interest rates? Have you read what the worlds central bankers are saying? We are heading towards an early 80's type interest rates, you know 15%+ and it took only 27 months to peak at those rates from the time they first started to rise. I was in Alberta at that time and I watched thousands of people walking away from their homes every week for months and months and months. This time it's far far worse. Not only do we have 10x as many new home owners over their heads already but we have existing home owners with massive lines of credit attached to their homes. The reason I post this is because the stock market tanked until rates went back to normal and the venture exchange type stock got crush far worse than the big boys.

I forgot to mention the Canadian govs own numbers, 38% of Canadians will be forced into insolvency if interest rates rise just 1.5%, my god man some economists are saying it's going up 10x's that. They are expected to start to rise in three months. Hang on folks it's going to be a ride of a life time.
