Jervois Global Ord Shs > Trading halt

Trading halt

I sent them an email with a copy to the OSC.  This thing should resume trading. But I suspect they are trying to wait until after the AGM, which is a Thursday at 10 am Aus time, or 8pm Toronto time on Wednesday.

But some are unhappy with the bond and acquisition news already out, and want to sell now.  JRV have to raise $50 million through an equity issue, so obviously do not want the sp to fall.  I think the OSC should seek clarity on why the extended halt.  If there is more bad news from AGM, I would expect lawsuits to fly.

Does anybody have a way to look at all the orders that are now pending and will hit when they finally allow trading?

"The Company requests that the voluntary suspension continue until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement in relation to the acquisition and associated equity raising and requesting that ASX end the suspension, or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 28 July 2021."

So if this is in fact a press release, we can expect TSX trading on Wednesday, before the AGM.   Could it also mean information about the equity raise tomorrow?

Well Crocker said no reverse split, so death by dilution seems to be the plan going forward. Except of course the sweet heart deals for new investors.
