when I first bought into this stock @ .09 thet where going to build a plant in lower Idhao, what happend ? or was that somthing else?

Yep. They got a great deal on a factory for 3M and sold it in tougher times for12M. That was when Mary-Ann Green, Chairman & CEO of Formation Metals was in charge. I got a call from her and asked her specifically about that pending sale of that factory (she was trying to get me to assure my shares went her way for the proxy vote regarding the pending ecobalt buy-out).
