I think it's quite the opposite, I truly beleive they have put a lot of effort into this Company over the last 18 months or since Jeff Smith took over. They had a lot of restructuring

Also this is all related party, so market not pricing, it's half as much as it once was so for sure below .04 and still dilution happening until they have cash flow above. More shares

They have had 3 increases in shares outstanding and still have 30k per month fee, some revenue streams but unknown, I don't think it's worth 3-4 cents just to many unknowns and they have not

It certainley has taken a lot more time then I originally planned for but they now have their own PIM with existing revenues. I'm now optimistic that once they start to get some traction

It's gone from 30 mil shares to 50 to 122 mil shares imo. The 30k fee a month cost nearly 400k/ shares per month which is diluting for sure, in 12 months they added 1 million on the purchase price
