Stock halted.  Can only assume that the takeover is proceding as schedule.  Guess I'll take my 60 cents and move on down the road.

MCV should have been halted also. If take over is a done deal at .60 cents McVicar has improved its prospects materially. Now that this appears to have gone through MCV should go private. Its worth a hell of a lot more than .42 cents per share.
