In accordance with Policy 2.5, the company has not maintained the requirements for a Tier 1 company. Therefore, effective on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013, the company's tier classification will change from Tier 1 to Tier 2.
Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Sept. 27, 2013, effective at the open on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013, the shares of the company will resume trading.
