Interesting point to note....Progenacare and Kane products are listed on the Venture Medical website...don't know if they were added after the Progenacare acquisition by BioStem or if Venture Medical were already involved with our products prior to the acquisition...

Venture M markets Biostem's products for them. Biostem is not a marketer.

I know KOleary...I was surprised to see Progenacare and Kane products already listed/promoted on Venture Medical website therefore asking the question...Were they already involved with Progenacare (and Kane) prior to the BioStem acquisition? If not, they've been very quick at listing the products on their website...

Every sale after Nov 20th goes to BSEM's account when they close in January, so they put the product on the VM site to drive any VM customers who see Revyve now straight to Progena. Then in January Progena will turn the money over to bsem. It is simple good business practice to do this immediately, and no, there was no connection with kne before.
