Working cap  is much closer to 7 million $ Worse come to worse DSM is a good shell  There is plenty of good deals to be considered in safer jurisdiction  Pierre should not waste time with a legal action I hope Namibia has not refused the renewal just to give the license to another company

The company is worth a lot less than their working capital. Management should return cash to shareholders and shut it down but they won't. Do you really want to hold a shell with management continuing to pay themselves while nothing gets done year after year? Losing that license so suddenly was a colossal fail.
