Still a dog, with IVN being the largest shareholder and I love RF it is hard to believe this deal has been face down for years.

The lawsuit dispute with AM Gold (since 2017) has basically quashed the possibility of getting any financing for the Pinaya project until it was resolved this week. The company can now look for financing without having to come from HPX. HPX has basically been keeping the company on life support until this lawsuit was resolved. It's quite obvious that Robert Friedland believes in this project ...more
