NEO LITHIUM TAKEOVER - for 6.50 a share CAD. Comes to about 65% EV/NPV.

CYP sits at 7.7% for comparison using similar price metrics.

Equivalent for CYP is around $11.82 a share CAD

They were in the process of a FS but already had a world class partner on board and a CEO who knows how to talk about the project value and do interviews. In July he was stating how they were being valued around .3x of NAV and was comparing to peers at. 9x or above p/NAV. Their pilot plant produced about 50 tonnes over the year if I recall but would need to double check that. Compare that to cyp ...more
