CYP tested its low of the year @.99 and closed with higher than average daily volume at $1.03. The daily and weekly charts are bullish. CYP made a new weekly/daily cycle and ready for take off. Tax loss selling is almost over and GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS to directors are usually given before any major upcoming news. CYP is a low hannging fruit.
