LETHO CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FOR $354,770

Further to Letho Resources Corp.'s news release on March 11, 2014, the company has closed the private placement pursuant to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and has issued 2,729,000 common shares at 13 cents per share for gross proceeds of $354,770.

Proceeds of the private placement will be for general working capital purposes and potential property ventures that meet the criteria of the exchange. There were no finders' fees payable.
