If it was a legit interview the questions would have been a lot tougher, like calling them out on all their recent initiatives that keep vanishing.

How do you consider them paying for a scripted show to be slander / libel (sp - you tried your best though)?  These paid "interviews", if you can call it that, are fluff pieces you pay for when no one is covering your stock, because there is no interest.  You'll see more of these as they position the timing for the cap raise, which i'm sure they are hoping to do in line
