Celff clearly uses their logo; could they be in for even more legal ramifications?

Nah there is clearly enough differences between the two.....No lawsuit coming. I remember going through rigorous verifications when I sumbitted my company logo years ago, these arent mom and pop shops stealing logos......at least I hope not
