Have a look at the prodcuers who own the bottom quarter of the cost curve. What price are they using, look at 3-5, come up with a concensus and use that as start. If you want to apply an annual price ...more

I understand all sides ... i haven't seen an LI report with 60-80,000 dollars either. even back then, the highest prices were also calculated up to max. 30000... it is exactly the same with gold ...more

While forecasting future Cash Flow (CF) it is necessary to assume future price for the commodity – oil, gas, gold or …..lithium in case of LI. It would be ludicrous to use present Lithium price ...more

When you use commodity prices that are double current, it's a BS study and the economic outputs become fundamentally meaningless. Does a gold company use $3,000 gold? No, they use $1,800 today ...more
