Downward Trend

Seems like a well positioned company, with defined and solid exploration assets.  Any thoughts on the current downward trend?

could be several reasons: a.major indices were in red for days. b.the company shares have been diluted for funding more capital in order to: 1.proceed operational steps of current projects 2.acquisitions of more projects with potential 3.payments for their staff
