Here's how corporate structure probable should be

Here's how corporate structure probable should bearranged.   Lithium Chile (LITH) just a Canadian holding company domiciled in Canada and all it's holding is just shares in a separate company domiciled in Chile that holds all the assets and runs the show.

Canadian government dictating what a company can/can not do in an another country assets is just crazy.
