Why?  It just a way for black swan to be listed in the tsx and raise capital.

Drangonfly capital say's in their PR that they will acquire ALL of Black Swan outstanding shares, When the transaction is complete, ALL Principle shareholder of Black Swan (Principle shareholder is- Mason Graphite, Thomas Swan & FAHAD AL TAMIMI) which owns 100% of Black Swan. After the transaction, the principle shareholders will have 80.4% of the NEW COMPANY. This appears to me as a shell ...more
