Mason's chairman actually only acquired 6.4 mm new shares (4.5 % of the float) to bring his total to 19.9 mm shares (14.1% of the float). The other large investor in Mason is Investment Quebec so shares may have come from them. In addition, 6.8 mm new options were issued @ $0.23, of which the chairman presumably got a chunk.

The question I posed earlier is leading to more question Mookster3. If it is the case that Investessement Quebec is the seller of that 4.5% LLG.V equity holding to the company chairman -  and I am not suggesting that is actually the case here -, why would Investessement Quebec be wanting to unload 4.5% of it's previously taken up Mason Graphite equity holding and why in the world would
