Special Committee Members

Team LME,

Today's news is reason for cautionary optimism. It appears to me to be another step on the path toward the potential disposition of the company.

The establishment of a special committee set up by the LME Board demonstrates a commitment to proper governance and adherence to procedures relating to a possible disposition of the company.

This is the first mention of this important corporate process that I am aware of.

I think that naming the members of the special committee is in order, as it will allow shareholders to have a clear view of who the company has entrusted to lead the process as well as provide full transparency around the qualifications of the members of this new committee.

I am still waiting on the names of the technical advisory board members that had been mentioned in previous communications but to date there is no mention of this group on the LME web page.

My hope is that they have secured highly qualified professionals outside of the current board and management leadership group to be members of the special committee.

Perhaps Steve Hunter has access to the names of the technical and special committee members and is able to share it publicly?

I remain long on LME.

For Laurion, the technical board referenced refers only to the project of WHEN to process the stockpile ...more

Thanks for the information on the technical board and the focus of their role.  I also asked about the "special committee" members. No rush, but perhaps indicating who the members of the special committee are along with their credentials would provide additional transparency and boost investor confidence in LME. I remain an LME long.
