Hi Steve, 

I imagine you're counting down the days?!

Before you leave, would you be able to get an update on USCG's progress? It took nearly 3 months from their engagement until they were "nearly complete" at the Annual meeting on Nov 15, additionally it's been nearly 3 months since the meeting. Are they complete? What did they find?

I doubt well get anything there, seems like an open ended relationship and they are definitely not going to give any hints at any negative outcomes lol better to just leave it open vs requesting the 250k back and having to put a press release out.

Hi Primpage! M&A isn't an activity I have any view of.   The only update on USCG I've been told is that their process is progressing positively.  I imagine that there's a gap between diligence and delivery as deals are complicated but I really don't have anything for you on this one     While I've got you all, don't gloss over the ESG release as
