Lucero 2021 recapitalization agreementAm i the only one that thinks this was a complete robbery of the shareholders by the major two shareholders who offered themselves a bunch of equity at $0.20 when they weren't even performing poorly operationally (cash flow positive) and also could have used debt financing. Completely unnecessary, convoluted (private placement, rights offering, recap agreement), and seems unfair that management/top 2 shareholders can buy half the shares outstanding at $0.20.
