RE:Takeover offer comment by sell-side analystI don't think the current management team can get this stock to .80. They seem to be burnt out, with the stock languishing at .40-.42 and taking the best way out they can. Very disappointed and wont be trusting these guys for any startup in the future. Way in over their heads on this one. The share price should rise to .48 by the time this deal closes.
